6 More Months To Go

This is inspiring.

I’ve been eating healthier since Nov 1, and I’m considering whether to enroll in boxing. Crossfit just might kill me at this physical level.

  1. Hi, lovely!

I’ve tried Crossfit once, and though my muscles paid for it the next two days, I can see why people are addicted to it. I have a cousin who won’t stop talking about it! Haha!

I haven’t gone back for schedule-related reasons (it’s hard enough as it is for me to change to running/workout clothes when I get home from work), but if you have the time, I suggest you try it. They taper the exercises for newbies, and even if you’re already a regular, to your capabilities. :) The goal isn’t to be stronger than someone else. It’s to constantly beat yourself and set new personal records.

If you need to know anything else, you can just ask me. I feel like a secondhand smoker when it comes to Crossfit. My cousin tells me everything so it’s like I’m virtually a Crossfit-er. Hahaha!

    • Hello gorgeous! :) Where does your cousin go for Crossfit? I’m still 50/50 about it, but it’s worth trying at least one.
